a·wa·se

合わせ
/ ah-wah-seh /  noun · Japanese
1.

the act of joining things together as one; to combine, to match, to bring into harmony.

from the verb 合わせる awaseru — causative of 合う au, “to come together, to fit.”

In the old courts of Kyoto, awase named the matching of poems and the blending of incense. In aikidō, it is moving in harmony with a partner. In the kitchen, two misos becoming one soup.

We named the company for it — because a home should work the same way. Water, solar, earth and air. Joined as one.

合わせ · THE JOURNEY

One home.
Four elements.

Keep scrolling — watch them join.

01 · SUN

Free fuel, delivered daily.

It starts 93 million miles away. Every morning it arrives on your roof, whether you catch it or not.

02 · SOLAR

The roof becomes the harvest.

Panels turn light into power, and the battery banks the surplus — daylight, stored for the dark.

03 · WATER

Clean at every tap.

Whole-home filtration, run on the same sunlight. The purest thing in the house, made by the sky.

04 · DATA

A house that earns.

A mini data center in the basement sells compute when your panels over-produce — power turned into income.

05 · AIR

The house breathes.

A heat pump moves warmth instead of burning for it. Cool summers, warm winters, zero flame.

06 · EARTH

Four elements. One system.
This is awase.

Your home runs as its own power plant — taking less from the grid, giving some back. The earth keeps the difference.

YOUR OWN POWER PLANT

The grid used to be something
that happened to you.

An Awase home generates, stores, filters, heats, cools and even earns — as one system, under your control. And when thousands of homes like yours link together, they form a virtual power plant: neighborhoods supplying the grid the way a power station used to.

“Virtual power plants are aggregations of distributed energy resources — such as rooftop solar with batteries, EVs and chargers, and smart appliances — that can balance electricity demand and supply and provide grid services like a traditional power plant.” — U.S. Department of Energy

Run your home as its own power plant. Then join the ones running together.
